Reminder- All Blocks

You will be working in class next period to record your Renaissance Person Interview. By next class, you should have completed all your research and typed your interview. That means you have at least three full pages of notes, from at least three different sources, and you filled out a web evaluation for any site that is not an encyclopedia.

REMINDER: You must turn in all of your work next class!

  • Block G- Thursday, May 3rd
  • Block B- Friday, May 4th

You should staple the following information in order with the rubric on top.

  • Rubric
  • Typed Draft of Interview
  • Typed Works Cited List
  • Research Records
  • Web Evaluations

The term “Renaissance person” is used to describe someone who has a wide range of knowledge or skills. Identify some public figure whom you would consider to be a Renaissance person. Write a detailed paragraph defending and explaining your choice.  Then, find and post a picture of the person you described.

You need to finish the group current events assignment that we were working on in class and post in on your blog.

If you need help, a preparation sheet is available on the resources page of the blog to guide you through the preparation.

Also, use the sample current events blog posting from class to double check your work.
